Who we are
Softonics Ltd. is a digital studio that designs websites, builds online stores, runs social media and provides SEO, hosting and technical support for small and growing businesses. When you work with us, these terms apply.

Quotes and agreements
Every project starts with a clear quote. The quote lists what we will do, the price and the timeline. Work only starts after you accept the quote. If anything changes during the project, we agree on the change and any price effect before we continue.

Payments
Payment terms are written in your quote. Usually we ask for a deposit before we start and the rest when the work is done. You are responsible for paying on time. If a payment is late, we may pause the work until it is received.

Your content
You keep full ownership of your own content: your text, photos, logos and other materials. You give us permission to use that content only to build and run what you asked for. Once the work is done, your content stays yours.

Our work
Once you have paid in full, the website or work we deliver is yours to use. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Revisions
Each project includes a fair number of revisions, as written in your quote. We listen to your feedback and make changes until you are happy, within the agreed scope. Big new features that were not in the quote are treated as new work with their own price.

Support and maintenance
Hosting and support plans are billed monthly or yearly as agreed. We do our best to keep your website fast, safe and online. We will not be responsible for downtime caused by things outside our control, such as internet failures or attacks on servers.

Third party services
Some services, like email delivery, payment processing or website hosting, may be provided by trusted third parties. We choose reliable providers, but their own terms apply to the parts they run.

No guarantees
We do honest, careful work, but we cannot guarantee a specific number of sales, visitors or search results. Online results depend on many things, including your products, your market and your own efforts.

Cancellation
You can stop a project at any time by telling us in writing. You pay for the work already done and for any costs we have already committed to. If we are not able to continue a project, we return any unused payment.

Liability
Our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, that happen outside our control.
